The Give Film Foundation develops feature films and high end narrative content that tell inspiring stories on social issues effecting on our world today. We work with talented writers, directors and creative visionaries to bring powerful stories to the screen, to inspire audiences to take action and positively impact the lives of people that our stories are about. We believe in the power of film to captivate audiences in a meaningful way and promote accelerated crowd learning that inspires audiences to take action.

As seasoned industry leaders, we provide consultation on every step of the filmmaking process. We offer a comprehensive Budget Consultation Packages for projects of all sizes, including budgeting, scheduling, business affairs and tax credit consultations.   After working with us, clients gain the confidence to pitch their feature film to potential investors, producers, and studios. Give Film Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Sirad Balducci

PRODUCER/DIRECTOR

Sirad Balducci is an independent feature film producer and director. Over the years she has written, directed and produced films with socially relevant themes, such as Object of Rage, The Beat of Dis Content, From Wonder Woman to Ultraman, and produced and filmed an event called The Rainbow Roll for the End Of AIDS, a cross country skating event for AIDS.  Balducci wrote and directed GENERATION LOCKDOWN, an award winning narrative short film about the psychological effects the gun epidemic is having on our children.  The film received wide spread recognition and Best Director at the Cannes International Independent Film Festival and Best of Festival for Rock The Shorts, Katra Film Festival, Teaneck International, among others.  Sirad is currently developing a feature film entitled DREAM ROLL, about a roller skating journey across America on the subject of mental health, inspired by true story of The Rainbow Roll for the End Of AIDS event in 1994.  Balducci is also a seasoned producer of independent film in NYC and has worked with notable filmmakers such as Julian Schnabel, Peter Berg, Michael Cuesta,  Joel David Moore, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Emily Ting.  Balducci currently resides in New York and is a board member of NY Women In Film & Television, and a member of Directors Guild of America and is represented by Gersh NY.  Balducci will continue to create powerful stories that explore the complexities of the human condition and inspire social change.   For more, see www.siradfilms.com.

 
 
 

Flo Mitchell-Brown

ExecUTIVE Producer

Flo Mitchell-Brown brings over 20 years of entertainment industry leadership, management, and operations experience in the entertainment field. She also has extensive experience working with non-profit entities through various Board positions and philanthropic work.

Flo is honored to have served others within her personal and professional communities, and she is extremely proud of her work collaborating and planning events and initiatives in the for-profit and non-profit sector. Flo continues to work diligently to promote and highlight the strength and experience of others in the community.   

Currently, Flo is a member of St. Anastasia’s Church in Teaneck where Flo and her boys volunteer throughout the year with Family Promise, which is a homeless program in Bergen County, NJ.  She’s  the Co-Chair of NYPA (New York Production Alliance) Board and Board Member of NYWIFT and Co-Chair of the NYC Board of Education Media & Technology Commission.

Previous notable involvements include former service as President of the Renaissance Housing Fund Development Corporation, Board Member of Brotherhood/Sister Sol, Volunteer Coordinator at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Harlem, Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) Educator, and Lector at various churches throughout her life. 

Flo graduated with a BA from Boston College and became a Salesian Cooperator, the lay association for the Salesians of Don Bosco, devoted to working with youth. Flo is a resident of Teaneck, NJ for 12 years and is the mother to four wonderful children, Noah, John, Jeremiah, and Caleb and mentors countless others. When not working, she likes to read, cook, and attend Broadway theatre and sporting events.
